About Us

Keane Ideas founder and president, Jill Philbrook, and the rest of the Keane Ideas team, work with clients on strategic marketing planning, creative solutions for brand management and advertising campaign execution, media buying, public affairs and media relations, special events and promotions, guest service programs and processes as well as managing and navigating the ever-changing landscape of social and internet marketing.

Philbrook’s marketing career began with business-to-business retail manufacturers creating and managing marketing and sales functionalities. In 1996 she transitioned to the hospitality/gaming industry and has spent the past 15 years working diligently with gaming/resort operations, numerous tribal entities and a wide variety of retail and sports organizations, to cross-promote, brand, advertise and market related products and services. In 2011 Keane Ideas was formed to provide a wide breadth of marketing services for small to mid-sized businesses and non-profit agencies.
